How To Eliminate Holiday Stress

The Christmas season has just begun and already people are stressed.

The economy is in the toilet. The banks are failing.

But the bank executives are having huge pay days.

Every one is watching their credit card bills go up
and their stress is going through the roof.

There's a simple easy solution that will eliminate your stress - guaranteed.

It's called yoga.

It can be anything from slow gentle movement to vigorous sweat
pouring down off your forehead practice.

You know some of the people who do yoga every day:

Sting, Madonna, and Donna Karran.

But many more people do it not to look like a million bucks
but because they want to feel better.

In one yoga session, you can eliminate stress from your
life and in coming sessions, I'll show you how to keep it away
forever.

So if you're feeling stressed, come to the free yoga class
on December 1st, 7 p.m at Wesley United Methodist Church
in Nederland Texas.

All I ask that you bring is two food items
of Oatmeal, so that we can share our blessings with those
that are less fortunate. The Oatmeal will go to the United
Board Missions to be distributed to those who need food
during this season. (If you are unable to bring oatmeal,
a small monetary donation would be great! I'll purchase
oatmeal with your donation.)
