Yoga and Adaptive Yoga for MS - Beaumont and Nederland Texas

Each week, on Thursday, I conduct a adaptive yoga class for those with MS.  Not only are we doing yoga, to help the MS symptoms, but there is a lot of sharing of what works for people with MS.  It is a great chance to talk to others, and share their own personal knowledge of their journey with MS.

The class is sponsored by the National MS Society, and is free of charge for those with MS and similar neurological symptoms.  Thursdays, at 10:15 a.m. at Wesley United Methodist Church, 3515 Helena Avenue, Nederland, Texas.  Care givers are also welcomed to attend the class.

The Lone Star Chapter of the National MS Society, sponsors both the yoga classes and the self support group.  More information and contact information can be found at:  http://www.nationalmssociety.org/chapters/TXH/index.aspx
