New yoga classes starting up!

If you haven't peeped and looked at my teaching schedule lately, you'll see a few new yoga classes offerings added.

On Thursday and Friday I'll be teaching Beginning Yoga at 8:30 a.m. at the Nederland location at Exygon!  Very excited to start offering this class to the folks in Mid-County.  The Exygon facility in Beaumont have a very talented and lovely instructor Eric Kacy!  Let's hope I can present as nice of a yoga class as she does.

Remember.....  "You don't have to bend like a pretzel to do yoga!"  That's right.  You don't have to be able to touch your toes either!  I love to teach beginners...help them feel successful.  Plus seasoned yogis like this class too!  See you at Exygon, ladies and gents!
